A personalized approach, taking into account the genotype and individual characteristics of patient, provides great opportunities for more effective prevention, treatment rehabilitation. The review is focused on main directions medicine. Prospects development rehabilitative medicine, including use non-drug methods, are described. Studies showing influence physical factors genome discussed. It has been shown that effects physiotherapeutic genetically determined. Advances in field physiogenetics indicate need developing implementing technologies.
